Are Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikelsen) and Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) going to be married in the soon-to-be released third season of "Hannibal"? 

Based on the newly released trailer for the upcoming season titled "Bride of Hannibal," the fugitive serial killer and Bedelia seem to be exploring their new relationship while living a new life on the lam. They also have several steamy scenes together.

Digital Spy reported that the premiere episode of the season focuses on Hannibal and Bedelia's relationship while they introduce themselves under fake names, wherein Hannibal works as a museum curator at the Capponi Library in Florence under the name of Dr. Fell. 

Series creator Brian Fuller talked about the upcoming premiere episode, saying: "Episode one is all about Bedelia and her relationship with Hannibal Lecter. so it really does feel like 'What are we watching?' Will Graham isn't in it, none of the other characters that you've been familiar with, it's just Hannibal and Bedelia, and their history over three different periods of time."

Also, Fuller discussed the time jump that will happen later in the series. Early reports claim that the eighth episode of "Hannibal" season 3 is titled "The Great Red Dragon," which features a big time jump into the future.

The said episode will reportedly feature the events that happened in the novel "Red Dragon" written by Thomas Harris, wherein Hannibal will help Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) in his quest to capture serial killer Dolarhyde (Richard Armitage), who got the nickname "The Tooth Fairy" because of his penchant for biting all his victims. 

Aside from Armitage, other stars will join the stellar cast of "Hannibal" when the series returns, including Zachary Quinto who will appear as one of Bedelia's patients, Glenn Fleshler as Mason Verger's (Joe Anderson) personal doctor Cordell, Rutina Wesley as Reba McClane, as well as Nina Arianda as Molly.

"Hannibal" season 3 premieres on June 4 on NBC.
