Justin Bieber removes butt photo on Instagram, apologises for offending fans
Canadian singer Justin Bieber has done a lot of crazy things in the past that truly upset and offended some people. But while many believe that Bieber exhibits a devil-may-care attitude regarding his past mistakes, the singer is actually sincere about atoning for his misdeeds.
In fact, when he found out that a young fan got upset over a picture he posted on his Instagram account (@justinbieber), he immediately removed it from his account and offered words of apology.
"Hey I deleted the photo of my butt on Instagram not because I thought it was bad but someone close to me's daughter follows me and she was embarrassed that she saw my butt and I totally wasn't thinking in that aspect. And I felt awful that she felt bad," he wrote.
Bieber apologised not only to the little girl, but also to his other fans, whom he might have offended in the past without knowing. "To anyone I may have offended I'm so sorry. It was completely pure hearted as a joke but didn't take in account there are littles following me!!! Love u guys," he concluded.
The Christian singer also got a new "G" tattoo on his arm in honour of Seattle megachurch pastors Chad and Julia Veach's daughter Georgia.
"This is for the strongest couple I know Chad and Julia Veach! Their daughter was born with Lissencephaly. She is incredible and has the sweetest soul. You guys make me better and I'm blessed to have you in my life," he wrote.
Lissencephaly is a rare, gene-linked brain malformation characterised by the absence of folds in the brain, also known as "smooth brain," and sadly, there is no cure or treatment for it. Because of the disease, their daughter vomits all the time and always feels too sick to play.
The Veach couple has maintained strong faith in God despite their daughter's condition, and believes that her healing will surely manifest—be it in this life or in heaven.
