Before heading for a break ahead of their training camp, the New York Giants' first and second round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft were signed by the team.

First round pick offensive lineman Ereck Flowers and second round pick safety Landon Collins inked their deals with the Giants last week.

Flowers signed his deal last June 18 before he went back home to Florida and his deal with New York is set to earn him $14.4 million in the next four years with an $8.7 million signing bonus, NJ.com reported.

The 21-year-old also saved $432,000 since he has no agent and is not subject to the standard 3-percent agent fee.

"It was great. Talked to [the Giants]. Got a great deal done. Everything went good. It was smooth," Flowers said through a team statement.

Giants offensive line coach Pat Flaherty expressed his thoughts on the rookie saying, "I thought in a couple years he would be very good. Well, that couple years now is September."

Meanwhile, Collins signed his deal one day after Flowers but no specific information was divulged regarding his pact with the Giants.

NFL Insider Rand Gatlin was the first to report about Collins' signing on social media tweeting, "Landon Collins has agreed to terms with the #Giants, per a league source."

Giants head coach Tom Caughlin have some good words for the 21-year-old safety.

"[Landon] Collins has done a good job, has gotten better and has really done a good job of starting to direct back there, and I think the coaches are excited about him going forward," Coughlin said according to NJ.com.

In a report by NJ.com, Collins made comparisons with the defense he currently practiced with the Giants and his collegiate team Alabama.

"We play a lot of the same coverages as at Alabama with three [and] middle four closing. The only thing that changes is the names. It is the names and those landmarks. Guys are very keen to landmarks and being in the right position at this level," he said.
