'Suicide Squad' movie plot spoilers: key scene involving Batman, Amanda Waller?

Ben Affleck as Batman Warner Bros.

According to an exclusive report from Heroic Hollywood, Ben Affleck's Batman is not just going to have a cameo appearance in David Ayer's "Suicide Squad" but will have a key scene involving Amanda Waller, played by Viola Davis.

Previous photo and video leaks of the film in production showcased Batman clinging on to the Joker's car in what appears to be a car chase, and many suspect that this might be a flashback or perhaps the ending sequence of the film. The new report from Heroic Hollywood, however, points out that the Caped Crusader will have more scenes in the film.

[Spoiler warning] According to the report, Batman will break into Amanda Waller's high-security prison designed to house dangerous criminals such as the Joker, Killer Croc, Katana, and more. Once inside, he finds his way to Amanda Waller's office and waits for her to catch her by surprise.

When she walks into her office, Batman leaps out of the shadows and confronts her, warning her that the members of the Suicide Squad are dangerous and should not be trusted to handle important government tasks. He then threatens her, stating that if the mission with the Suicide Squad goes awry, she will be the one to blame.

The report also points out that Ben Affleck has been seen on the film's set, not as Batman but as the hero's alter ego Bruce Wayne. No confirmation has been given on what Wayne is doing but it may also involve stopping Amanda Waller from releasing these criminals from their prison.

One of the many rumored plots of the film states that Amanda Waller hires the Suicide Squad to do dangerous missions for the U.S. government and one of these missions is to hunt Batman. If this is true, then there may be even more enmity between the two characters.

"Suicide Squad" opens in theaters on Aug 5, 2016.
