"19 Kids and Counting" star Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald are going to have their first child. The couple were excited to break the news on Twitter, where they revealed that the due date for the Seewald baby falls on Nov. 1, which happens to be their wedding anniversary.

Jessa is on the 13th week of her pregnancy, and she is keeping fans up to speed about the arrival of the newest and youngest member of the Duggar household.

On Twitter, she said that the baby "is growing," gushing over the idea and adding that she is "already so in love with this little person!" She revealed in the post that the baby is approximately three inches long, making the tot as big as a peach. She also updated fans with a countdown to the baby's arrival.

Just recently, a video for "19 Kids and Counting" that features the couple led many to believe that they may be expecting twins. The mom-to-be assures fans that "the pregnancy's going great" and that she is "feeling good." The soon-to-be parents also have concerns regarding their lifestyle.

The two sat down for an interview with People Magazine and there, they revealed the adjustments the 23-year-old reality star is doing now that Baby Seewald is on the way. The couple is known to be health aficionados so being fit is still a concern for the Duggar mom-to-be.

"I do want to make sure that I'm eating healthy," she told People.

"You are eating for two but the other is, like, a speck. I am trying to make healthy choices now that I'm entering my second trimester," the reality star went on to say, adding that she is "trying not to overdo" workouts.

Jessa and Ben still do not know if the baby is a boy or a girl. There are still expectations that her baby bump is carrying not one but two babies.
