Ever since TLC axed "19 Kids and Counting" amid the Josh Duggar scandal, there were reports that a spin-off featuring Jessa and Jill, both regarded as the family's most popular daughters, would be made. However, as promising as that may sound, there's word that Jim Bob himself isn't up for it.

Although a spin-off starring the sisters has yet to be set in stone, a source told People magazine that Jim Bob was "heartbroken they've now lost that platform" and the idea of the show shifting focus didn't appeal much to the head of the household.

The insider claimed that the family "[wants] to return to TV because they truly believe it was part of God's plan for them to spread the word about their faith." There's no word if Jill, who is on a church mission abroad, and Jessa, who is pregnant with her first child with Ben Seewald, will go on to star in the rumored "19 Kids and Counting" spin-off.

In other related news, life goes on for Michelle and Jim Bob's niece Amy Duggar, who recently did a photoshoot with her fiancé Dillon King, with their wedding scheduled early next month. Speaking to People Magazine, the soon-to-be-wife acknowledged that the photos are a bit too "sexy," knowing her family.

"One of our three engagement photo looks was a mud fight," Amy said. "It was kind of, not scandalous, but a little less what you'd expect from a Duggar."

She then admitted that posing in the mud made her and her fiancé sick but overall, she said she had so much fun.

"It is not your traditional wedding by any means. There won't be a lot of flowers; it's going to be rose-gold and candlelight and not in a church," she explained. "All of the family will be there."
