Baby Israel, formerly known as Baby Dilly, finally arrived home with his famous parents and their large family. The first-born son of 26-year-old Derick Dillard and 23-year-old Jill Duggar of reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" is already a week old, and he is finally settled in their home in Arkansas.

The new addition to the big Duggar family was born on April 6, two weeks after his supposed due date. He weighs 9 lbs and 10 oz, and came out 23 inches long. He also happens to be the longest baby born in the area so far this year. Because of the baby's unexpected size, the entire Duggar family and Derick's folks had to pitch in to buy several supplies for Israel. All the items that the new parents bought for their baby proved to be too small.

The first-time dad shared their photos in his Instagram account after returning home, saying: "As Jill and I are settling in back at home after the birth of our firstborn, we wanted to thank everyone for the amazing support we've received from so many during this time. Your thoughts and prayers mean so much to us. We love you all! #blessed #grateful"

Jill, on the other hand, gushed about her husband's dedication in raising their newborn baby. In an interview with PEOPLE, the new mom said that Derick is doing a great job as a new dad, and he was the one who changed Israel's first diaper, gave him his very first bath, and showed that he is an expert in burping the baby.

Currently, Jill and Derick are being helped by their mothers and Jill's sisters in taking care of their new bundle of joy. 17-year-old Joy Anna was even snapped while she and the baby were lying in bed. Michelle, the Duggar matriarch, is also often seen in the Dillard household taking care of the mother and son.
