The Ford Bronco lineup has been discontinued for two decades, but according to FordConcept2016, the vehicle will make a comeback and is rumored to be officially unveiled at the 2016 Detroit Car Show. The report also showcases the possible exterior and interior designs that the concept vehicle will eventually bring to life.

According to the report, the exterior design will be a modern update to the old Bronco look, making it sleeker and more modern, while still retaining the rough, off-road design. The report states that the 2016 Bronco may utilize the Ford Atlas platform, which will make it lighter and more aerodynamic.

The older models of the Ford Bronco had a big, wide space inside its cabin, and it is reportedly going to stay the same with the 2016 concept. Inside, it is speculated that the new Bronco will have a wide screen LCD panel and will support the MyFord Infotainment System which consolidates music and other entertainment options into one panel.

It will also be wide enough to seat five passengers with ease. While not confirmed at this point, the report says that the seats will have leather features, and the interior cabin as a whole will be designed with luxury in mind. This will make the 2016 Ford Bronco a strong vehicle on the outside for off-road driving while still retaining comfort inside.

When it comes to power, the report explains that the 2016 Ford Bronco is most likely to feature three variant levels: a basic 5.0-liter Coyote V8; a 4.9-liter Powerstroke diesel V6; and then a 5.8-liter supercharged V8, which will be the strongest of all three options. It is rumored to come in both manual and automatic transmissions.

As for the vehicle's price, it is rumored to be set between $24,000 and $31,000, according to CarsConcept2016, although FordConcept2016 reports the vehicle may cost as much as $45,000, depending on the model and type of engine that consumers ask for.
