With the new 2017 Ford Super Duty pick up set to be released this fall, a lot of enthusiasts are wondering about some of the features of this vehicle.

According to I4U news, Ford is known for its unique ways of giving comfort for its vehicles. As such, with this year, the automobile manufacturing giant has focused on one of the most specific problems encountered by people while driving. This is made in order to ensure that their cars will offer maximum comfort regardless of how minute the details are.

With this, a new cup holder has been made for the 2017 Ford Super Duty, with a sliding mechanism as well as a notebook holder space that could hold four cups instead of two should the need arise. It works by moving an upper sliding flap to reveal two more barrels to put more cups into it. This is aimed to remedy specific problems involving coffee cup holders, since most are designed poorly, so with braking or rocky driving, coffee is liable to spill all over the car's interior.

Meanwhile, Four Wheeler Network reports that the 2017 Super Duty is made almost entirely of aluminum, with the engine firewall being the only notable exception. What this means is that, compared to its previous model, this new pick up will have as much as 350-pound weight savings. While this is half of what the F-150's weight savings, the 2017 Super Duty pick up is exempt from the EPA fuel economy reporting because it is more than 8,600 pound GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating), which makes fuel economy hardly an issue.

Furthermore, another revolutionary feature of the 2017 Ford Super Duty is its trailer tire pressure monitoring system, enabling drivers to keept track of the pressure of up to six trailer tires or a three-axle trailer. With this, Ford will  remain to be one of the leading companies for more years to come.
