More speculations about the features of the 2017 Porsche Panamera have started to surface online after a new set of spy photos came out. But compared to the previous photos of the upcoming second-generation Porshe sedan, spy photographers finally spotted the new Panamera without its usual camouflage.

According to reports, the camouflage-less Panamera was seen being driven around in Southern Europe during its hot weather testing. The automobile is only disguised with stickers placed at the area where the headlights and tail lights should be located.

Based on the latest spy photos, the 2017 Porsche Panamera looks like an evolved version of the 2012 Panemera Sport Turismo concept with four major LED pods located at the vehicle's side. However, its only difference with the earlier Panamera concept is the absence of the shooting brake design in the upcoming Porsche model.

The new set of photos also showed a significant change in the vehicle's rear hatch. It also appears to have a sleeker body compared to its predecessor.

But while the exterior of the all-new 2017 Porsche Panamera looks somewhat unchanged from the early models, the platform of the automobile is entirely new.

According to reports, the upcoming Porsche car will now feature the MSB platform, which is also the same one that will power the next-generation Bentley Continental. This could reportedly provide a significant difference in terms of the car's weight by as much as 220 pounds.

Porsche remains mum about the line-up of upcoming Panamera automobiles, but they are expected to come out with gas and hybrid engines with V6 or V8 power as well as a range of turbocharged diesels. The German car maker is also expected to come up with a wagon version of the upcoming car after the 2017 Porsche Panamera debuts during the 2016 Paris Motor Show.
