Customers will finally be able to order the 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Hot Wheels Edition at dealers nationwide starting Feb. 1.

The 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Hot Wheels Edition was first introduced at the 2017 SEMA Show last October. The special-edition model was created to commemorate 50 years of partnership between Chevrolet and Mattel's toy car brand, Hot Wheels. The Custom Camaro was part of the first 16 die-cast toy cars released in 1968 and since then Hot Wheels has released every model of the Camaro.

Since the initial announcement, the automaker said that the interest and response they received from both Camaro and Hot Wheels fans has been overwhelming.

The 50th Anniversary Hot Wheels will be available for both coupe and convertible models of the Camaro 2LT and Camaro 2SS. The commemorative package will be available to purchase for $4,995.

In return, customers will receive a special-edition Camaro with a Crush exterior color and stripes that pay homage to Hot Wheels' iconic orange tracks. The exterior will also come with Satin Graphite stripes with Silver Ice Metallic accents as well as Satin Graphite ground effects and 20-inch forged aluminum wheels.

The 2018 Camaro will receive a unique grille with Galvano Chrome inserts, black Chevrolet bowtie emblems, 50th Anniversary Hot Wheels fender badges, orange brake calipers and dark taillamps with black panels and the Hot Wheels emblem.

Meanwhile, the interior features a Jet Black color scheme with orange inserts and accent stitching. There are orange knee bolsters on the doors and orange seatbelts, embossed headrests on the front seats and premium floor mats with orange stitching and "ghost" stripes. The suede-wrapped steering wheel and illuminated door sill plates also feature 50th Anniversary Hot Wheels badging.

Those who wish to purchase the 2018 Chevrolet Camaro Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary Edition will have to act fast as only 2,500 units of the commemorative package will be available.
