Japanese car manufacturing company, Honda, is looking to pack their upcoming vehicles, the Accord and Accord Hybrid with features that will put them in front of the sedan market. In a report by Valley News, the base line Accord is scheduled to be released later this month. It will be featuring a 192 horsepower engine that is outfitted with turbocharge capabilities. The capacity of the engine is at 1.5 liters, and a hybrid version of the Accord is scheduled to be released sometime next year. The Accord Hybrid is a fuel-saving car that may appeal to those who are concerned with the environment.

As of late, the sales of sedans have been experiencing a slight decrease compared to SUVs, but not significantly enough for car manufacturers to brand them as obsolete. According to CNET, the Honda Accord Hybrid could potentially be the answer to the financial problem of rising gas prices.
