"Soul Surfer" Bethany Hamilton is ready to deliver her first-born son with Adam Dirks any day now, and she has spent the last trimester of her pregnancy swimming, taking beautiful shots, and spending some quality time with her husband.

Even though this is the first time she is experiencing pregnancy, Hamilton feels entitled to give one good advice for other expectant moms. On her Instagram account (@bethanyhamilton), she shared a photo of a baby inside the womb hugging the mother's bladder tightly, and she jokingly captioned it: "For the prego momas - stay near a restroom hahaha."

Aside from the constant visit to the bathroom, Hamilton also noticed that she had a tougher time doing physical activities, such as climbing up the stairs. But during the first few months of her pregnancy though, Hamilton was very active riding the waves.

"Well I have been surfing as much as I can before lil Jr. takes over my belly, so this month I surfed a lot of fun waves; loving surfing just as much as ever!" she earlier said. But towards the end, she decided to give up surfing "for a while" and just stick with swimming.

She even shared a photo of her in action and wrote: "Swimming is my favorite exercise late in my pregnancy. It feels so good to get in the water and feel weightless and move my body with complete ease. I'll always aim to live healthy for me and for my family."

Hamilton is pretty keen on being a mother, and she cannot wait to see her son moving out and about. She has no doubt that good things are in store for her family. She said her future with Dirks is "something I dream of, looking forward to all we have ahead of us! The immediate being our first child!"
