While it is only natural that Apple would run into some controversy after the release of iOS 8 and iPhone 6, the company suffered quite a blow with the #Bendgate controversy.  And now, it seems the tech giant is in for another headache. The latest issue that users are complaining about now is that the new iPhone 6 allegedly pulls the hair of the user.

People are referring to this issue as #Hairgate, similar to #Bendgate. According to users, the iPhone 6′s seam between the metal casing and the glass display allows the hair to get caught in-between and be pulled, which is annoying for users, especially when making a call.  It's similar to how the hair on the arm gets pulled by some wristwatches, or how hair gets caught along the hinge of a pair of shades.

Some people view this particular issue as a minor problem in design. Apple probably thinks that the issue is dismissible as it has not commented or responded to the complaints.

Meanwhile, amidst the joy and excitement of the release of iPhone 6 smartphones, the handset was clouded by issues due to its alleged bendable and brittle screen panels. The #Bendgate was sprawled all over the Internet.

The media circus started when some iPhone 6 users flooded various social media with photos and complaints about the handset's bendable screen. Some users even claimed sitting down with the new smartphones in their back pockets, only to find that their phones had taken the shape of their rear ends.

The bendable screens have beed attributed to the thinner profile of the new smartphone, as well as the anodized aluminum frame. The anodizing makes the case more durable, but since aluminum is a soft metal, it can easily bend.

Samsung joined the bandwagon and used the controversy to insult Apple as well as to promote the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Apple has not responded to Samsung's attacks.
