The agents contemplate on sacrificing one of their own in episode 19 of Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3.

In the trailer for the episode called "Failed Experiments," Hive (Brett Dalton) warned Coulson (Clark Gregg) and the rest of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents that he will make things worse. While Hive did not reveal what his plans are in the clip, the terrifying blue aliens known as the Kree appeared. This means that the residents of the town that Hive bought in episode 18 will be in grave danger.

The trailer showed that the townspeople are forced to go through an experiment conducted by Dr. Holden Radcliffe (John Hannah), who was kidnapped by Hive to transform humans into Inhumans. But based on the title for the episode, the project will not be successful. Yet it could also mean that those who went through with the experiment will end up dead in the operating table.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents know that they must act fast in order to save live. Yet it appears that they have to sacrifice Daisy's (Chloe Bennet) safety for their rescue mission. But could Coulson and the team really allow something bad to happen to Daisy for the sake of others?

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"Coulson and his team race to combat Hive's control over the Inhumans, as their enemy's deadly plan for the human race is revealed."

Also, the episode will feature the return of the Inhuman called Hellfire (Axle Whitehead). The character, also known as James, underwent a Terrigenesis in episode 18. He discovered that he can control fire whenever he wants. But will he continue working for Hive, even if he owes his life to Daisy?

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 3 episode 19 is scheduled to premiere on ABC on Tuesday, May 3.
