Episode 18 of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 is going to see more of the changes in Fitz (Iain De Caestecker).

Titled "No Regrets," the official synopsis for the upcoming episode reveals that the truth about Fitz's becoming a doctor in the Framework will come out. It will have consequences and may play a role in bringing down the Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage Logistics Directorate (S.H.I.E.L.D.)

In the promotional preview of episode 18, one of the scenes shows Fitz asking Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) why she thinks she is not the one waking up to reality. Simmons, clearly frustrated with Fitz's new identity, tells him that the Fitz she knows does not murder someone in cold blood.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, the clip also shows Fitz and Simmons talking about their situation. Fitz questions and even asks for proof from Simmons as he believes she may be the one waking up from reality. Simmons tells him that there is no need for proof because she knows how the real Fitz would react. Fitz denies, prompting Simmons to simply leave him.

Meanwhile, in the spoiler room of Entertainment Weekly, fans asked if they are going to see the real version of Fitz again. Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, creators of the television series, hinted that he may come around eventually, but in the meantime, it may be up to Simmons to snap him out of his current version.

According to Whedon and Tancharoen, "The doctor doesn't see his actions as being out of line."

They added, "This version of Fitz is clearly capable of horrendous acts, but it is unclear whether not he's capable of remorse."

Aside from this, the next episode is also going to rest standing up. May (Ming-Na Wen) will go up against the Patriot (Jason O'Mara), while Coulson (Clark Gregg) may fight a Hydra agent. As for Daisy (Chloe Bennet) and Radcliffe (John Hannah), they will continue to be locked up.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 airs episode 18 on Tuesday, April 18, at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
