Amazon Prime Day 2018 is just days away but there are already treats and deals to be enjoyed, and gamers should be especially happy.

Subscribers to the Amazon Prime Twitch gaming service already get to enjoy three games for free each month as part of their subscription.

But Amazon is offering something different and a bit more special this month in the build up to Amazon Prime Day by giving away a free PC game each day until the big day arrives on July 16.

Amazon confirmed July 16 as this year's Prime Day for deals and discounts across the retailer and by the time it comes around, gamers who are Prime/Twitch members can enjoy 21 free games.

Just some of the games that can be enjoyed this month for Prime/Twitch users are Battle Chef Brigade, Q.U.B.E. 2, Pillars of Eternity: Definitive Edition, Brutal Legend, and Tacoma.

Amazon Prime Day 2018 starts at 12PM PT / 3PM ET / 12PM BT on July 16 and runs for 36 hours into July 17.

There are not only gaming deals on offer but also price drops on electronics, gadgets and clothing. Amazon is already offering some Prime Day deals now, like a big discount on their Amazon Music Unlimited service. Ahead of Prime Day, Prime subscribers can get 4 months of Amazon Music Unlimited for $0.99 rather than the regular cost of around $40 for the same time period. And there are similar deals available on Audible, which will be $4.95 a month for three months, and Kindle Unlimited, which will be just $0.99 a month for three months.

But the catch to all of these deals is that you have to be a member of Amazon Prime to be able to enjoy the deals.  There is a monthly subscription fee to be part of Amazon Prime but if you aren't a member yet, you can try it out for a free 30-day trial.
