In the next episode of "American Horror Story: Cult," the women of Kai Anderson's (Evan Peters) cult make their move to overthrow him.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Winter of Our Discontent" was just released and showed Beverly Hope (Adina Porter) telling Kai's sister Winter (Billie Lourd) and Ivy Mayfair-Richards (Alison Pill) that they need to take down the cult leader. "If we cut off the head of the snake, the army falls," says Hope. Kai apparently has recruited more men into his group prompting the women to feel threatened by his latest actions. Moreover, Meadow Wilton (Leslie Grossman) killed herself because of Kai, which Hope and Winter did not take very well.

It seems though that Kai is trying to get back into Winter's good graces by moving her up the ranks. "It's time for you to understand your place," Kai tells his sister with conviction as they link their little fingers as a symbol of trust. Hope, however, stays one step ahead and asks Winter in a later scene, "You think your big brother is going to spare you?" She tells Hope in return that the villainous Kai would never hurt her.

In the last episode, Hope and Winter encountered a cult leader named Bebe Babbitt (Frances Conroy) who encouraged them to overthrow their cult's patriarchy by killing off their male members. They started with Harrison Wilton (Billy Eichner) whom Winter, Hope, and Ivy invited to a supposed meeting.

Harrison thought that the cult members would all be there but found out too late that the women had planned to murder him. The women stabbed him simultaneously with their knives as he screamed in fear and anger.

"American Horror Story: Cult" season 7 episode 8 will air on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
