Prepare to get spooked with the new installment of FX's horror anthology "American Horror Story" titled "American Horror Story: Hotel." The new season will premiere next week. 

But as early as now, the network is already sending chills down the spine, recently releasing a new teaser that involves a hotel bed.

In the new teaser that aired during FOX's "Scream Queens" premiere, Wes Bentley's character John Lowe is seen relaxing in his room in the mysterious Hotel Cortez. But as the detective casually lies down in the comfortable bed, Max Greenfield's character Henry is seen silently writhing in pain under the bed.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" premieres with the episode titled "Checking In," which centers on John Lowe's investigation into the series of gruesome murders all over Los Angeles. Then a mysterious tip steers his investigation in the direction of the perplexing Hotel Cortez.

The new installment of the anthology will also feature returning "American Horror Story" stars like Sarah Paulson as the hotel's permanent resident and drug addict named Hypodermic Sally, Kathy Bates as hotel manager Iris, Angela Bassett as actress Ramona Royale, Chloë Sevigny as John Lowe's wife Alex, Denis O'Hare as the cross-dressing hotel bar staff named Liz Taylor, Evan Peters as the original Hotel Cortez owner named Mr. James March, Finn Wittrock as the model named Tristan Duffy, and Lily Rabe as the real-life serial killer named Aileen Wuornos. Christine Estabrook will also reprise her role as the realtor named Marcy from "American Horror Story: Murder House."

The series will also feature the first acting venture of singer Lady Gaga, who will portray the role of Hotel Cortez owner Elizabeth, ala The Countess. Other "AHS" newbies include Naomi Campbell as Vogue magazine editor Claudia, Mädchen Amick as the mother of an ailing boy, Darren Criss as the Silver Lake hipster Justin, Mare Winningham as the hotel laundress back in the 1930s.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" premieres on Wednesday, Oct. 7.
