The previous week of "America's Got Talent" featured the powerful voice and innocence of young Heavenly Joy Jerkins, and now week 7 had singer-actor Nick Cannon getting kissing lessons from a contestant named Joanna Kennedy, a self-proclaimed "intimacy expert" whose talent involves how a kiss should be properly done. 

Kennedy needed a volunteer to showcase her talent and one of the judges, Howard Stern, stated, "I know of someone who recently became single. And based on what I hear in his dressing room, I'm going to nominate our very own Nick Cannon." 

Cannon is indeed single as he separated from singer Mariah Carrey last year and just filed for divorce this January, as reported by GossipCop. At first, Kennedy was going to have him kiss a blow-up doll but he didn't agree to it and so she had Stern search for a volunteer from the crowd. 

Stern first pointed at an elderly woman to which Cannon stated, "I would love to kiss her!" Stern then moved over to a male to which Cannon stated, "It's 2015! I'm with it!" 

Stern finally picked a beautiful young brunette from the crowd. At first, Cannon wasn't allowed to touch her. Kennedy continued to guide him in order to make the kiss more passionate and real but in the end, all of the judges buzzed the performance. 

When Cannon asked how they could boo and buzz the kiss, Stern replied, "You were horrible. She was great, though." 

The woman and Cannon did leave the stage together, hinting that they might have gotten a chance to talk and get to know each other. As for Kennedy, the judges called it one of the weirdest performances on the show and she did not advance to the next round. 

Kennedy's kissing lessons was the last audition for "America's Got Talent" season 10 as the second round of performances will begin with the next episode.
