Fancy a Harry Potter and The Walking Dead crossover?

Andrew Lincoln, star of "The Walking Dead" TV series, has just been chosen as the narrator for Hogwarts' new library audiobook, "Quidditch Through The Ages." Written by renowned Quidditch expert Kennilworthy Wisp (J.K. Rowling), the audiobook is a new iteration of the 2001-published book.

The audiobook will be released this coming March, and is already available for pre-order. Dubbed as the go-to-guide for the most famous sport in the Wizarding World, "Quidditch Through The Ages" will also feature some commentary from famous Harry Potter characters such as Ginny Potter and Rita Skeeter.

To those who haven't read the book, it features the game's complete history, starting from its origins in Queerditch Marsh. "Quidditch Through The Ages" also details the sport's most famous Quidditch teams, the game's complete list of fouls, all the famous Quidditch teams of all time, and even a few pages about racing brooms.

Some may be scratching their heads on why Andrew Lincoln, of all people, was chosen by Audible and Pottermore to narrate the audiobook. Many only know Lincoln from his role as Rick Grimes in "The Walking Dead," but he is actually a British actor, therefore his natural vocals penned him as the best candidate for the role.

"We are thrilled to offer Audible listeners a brilliant performance of yet another essential component of J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World and bring this richly imagined universe to life through Lincoln's narration and the highly detailed sound design," Audible EVP and publisher Beth Anderson said in a statement.

Andrew Lincoln himself posted a message towards his new role at A Celebration of Harry Potter at the Universal Orlando Resort last Friday. "Unfortunately I've run out of Floo Power so I can't be with you all at Orlando today," Lincoln said.

"If you want to hear me talk about Golden Snitches, Puddlemere United, or even just hear me channel my inner witch, the audio book that has never been is about to appear very soon," he added.

The audiobook will be released globally on March 15 this year.
