Reports about the next two Nexus 5 Android smartphones to be launched reportedly by LG and Huawei in October or November also indicate that both phones may come armed with the latest Android M operating system.

The Android M was already unveiled at the Google I/O conference and is pegged to address the seemingly endless issues that the Android Lollipop OS has failed to resolve. All that remains to be seen since details have yet to be formally revealed, though the word out is that the upcoming OS will address security issues and improve the battery life of Android-powered devices.

Apparently, the two issues are the main focus of the developers right now, and hopefully the Nexus 5 2015 versions of LG and Huawei will already come armed with it out of the box.

This could probably materialize if the sequence of releases is followed. While the belief that both the Android M and the Nexus 2015 devices will be jointly unveiled, there is a possibility that the Android M could be out earlier.

In fact, the rumors indicate that the Android M could be out between July to September, a strong indication that it could very well be present in the reported LG and Huawei variants.

While Android M is believed to be currently in the beta stage, there could possibly be an event to be held soon to reveal the OS' features, including fixes and improvements, and its official release date.

Those who want to catch a glimpse of the beta version of the Android M may check it out here.

Though Nexus users are bound to be the first to witness the upcoming Android M, other devices have been lined to make use of the OS up as well. This includes the HTC One M9 and the HTC One M9+. There is no word on what other companies could be following, but expect other phone manufacturers to make announcements soon.
