Bit by bit, Anna Duggar starts to publicly speak out about the cheating and child molestation scandal involving her husband and former "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar. The mom of four has been quiet about the issue for months but now, she seems ready to at last break her silence.

Anna recently appeared in the finale of TLC's three-part special "Jill and Jessa: Counting On." There, she opened up about her most trying time this year and described what she felt about knowing how Josh paid for online sexual affairs through the cheating site Ashley Madison.

"I feel like I've been in labor for like days. It's like when you're in labor, you just make it through the next contraction and go on and I think there's been a lot of that lately, of just taking the next step and going on," Anna said during the show's confessional.

Fans will remember that back in May, "19 Kids and Counting," a realty series that followed the life of the conservative Duggar family in their Arkansas home on a daily basis, was axed by TLC after reports (that Josh later confirmed) about him molesting five girls (four of whom were his sisters) when he was just a minor back in 2002 and 2003.

In the previous "Jill and Jessa: Counting On" episode, Anna maintained that she will give her marriage with Josh, who is currently on rehab, another shot. She explained that she is ready to forgive Josh and to see him a changed man so they can start their marriage anew.

"I know that there are those who feel I have every right to walk away from this marriage and I respect other people's views," Anna admitted (via FOX News), "but in my heart, when I got married, I vowed to God first and then to Joshua, for better or worse,  'til death do we part…" she added.
