The purported iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be made more solid by Apple, if a new leak is anything to go by. Future Supplier got its hands on several new photos that show what it claimed is a sturdier gold rear casing for the future flagships. 

Made with "stronger" material, this chassis is touted to make the new iPhones more durable, perhaps to prevent another "Bendgate" from happening, an issue that hounded the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus last year. 

Apple Insider notes that this somehow matches the forecasts made by KGI Securities analyst Ming Chi-Kuo regarding the new phones using 7000 Series aluminum. This is the same material used on the Apple Watch for a tougher build. Also, the analyst, who has an impressive track record when it comes to Apple's future launchings, believes that the casing for the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will be made subtly bigger to lodge the Force Touch feature. 

Meanwhile, Digitimes is claiming that Apple will get help from its biggest rival Samsung with the processor units to be used on the new breed of iPhones. As per the site, the South Korean tech firm will be making 70 percent of the A9 chipsets to be used on the handsets, while another company, TSMC, will start at a later date on the remaining 30 recent. 

In other related news, China-based publication M.I.G Gadget is reporting that there won't be a 16 GB storage option for the new iPhones and that the entry level iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will have 32 GB of storage space available. According to the site, a source from manufacturer Foxconn revealed that there are no retail boxes for a 16 GB model, just for the 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB variants. However, the source of the report provided no other information or image to support its claim. 

Apple is expected to reveal the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus soon and by then, the countless, often contradicting rumors about the handsets will be put to rest.
