Cupertino tech giant Apple will be releasing a new edition of their Apple Watch 2 fitted with the Nike + fitness app, and the new Apple Watch 2 is speculated to be released just before October ends.

Though the Apple device is just a watch, the Apple Watch certainly offers its users more features than what a regular watch can. It was originally intended to be used as an iPhone-compatible wearable that will let its users access certain features of their iPhones through the watch.

However, even though the Apple Watch was initially intended to be a wearable iPhone accessory, the addition of the Nike + running app has made it a device specifically designed for athletes and fitness buffs.

The new Apple Watch 2 Nike + edition sports a new sleek black and gray design pumped up by eye-catching green accents. The new Apple Watch also sports an aluminum case that hangs between silicon straps that has a very similar design to that of the Nike FuelBAnd, therefore keeping the Nike brand intact.

What's more is that the new Apple Watch 2 Nike + edition's strap has been designed with significantly more perforations, making it very breathable and more customizable, especially when it comes to changing sizes.

The Nike + edition of the Apple Watch 2 also features a water-resistant body that can be taken to a depth of 50 meters. The device also sports a brighter screen, a GPS tracker, and a variety of colors including a design that features Nike's signature font and Volt color. Additionally, the device will also come out in both digital and analog versions.

The Apple Watch 2 Nike+ Edition is expected to come to the market a couple of weeks from now, and it is rumored to have a price tag that will range from $369 USD up to $399 USD for the 38mm and 42mm case sizes.
