Ariana Grande National Anthem 2014 performance video: Singer opens NFL season at Seattle Seahawks stadium

Singer Ariana Grande performed the national anthem at the CenturyLink Field Seattle Seahawks stadium to kick off the 2014 NFL season.

Prior to her opening performance, Pharrell Williams and Soundgarden took to the stage to perform at the CenturyLink Field's North Lot.

The Green Bay Packers took on the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night's game, whic could be the early preview of the eventual NFC Championship Game later this season.

Grande's new album "My Everything" has soared to number one on the Billboard chart by selling 169,000 copies. Her recent feat is the second album which debuted at No. 1. Grande's debut album "Your Truly" sold 138,000 copies in its first week, when it was released in Sept. 2, 2013.

Prior to her musical success, Grande starred as Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon television series "Victorious", and in her own spinoff show "Sam & Cat."
