Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) romantic getaway with Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) will have to end abruptly after Team Arrow pays them a visit to tell the vigilante that he is badly needed in Star City. This is after a group of assassins called "Ghosts" starts to ransack the city in "Arrow" season 4.

Based on the official synopsis for the premiere episode titled "Green Arrow", Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Thea (Willa Holland) visit the couple to remind Queen of the chaos now happening in Star City. Running away from all his responsibilities in the finale episode of "Arrow" season 3 put a strain on his relationship with the rest of the team, particularly with John Diggle (David Ramsey).

But the threat brought by the new villain named Damian Darhk (Neal McDonough) requires Team Arrow to be united once again to save the newly renamed Star City from further destruction.

The new season of "Arrow" will bring a lot of changes for the characters in the series. In particular, Oliver and Diggle will both have new costumes when the season returns in October.

While Oliver will have a new green hooded garb this season, Diggle will start donning a new helmet whenever he has to fight the villains in "Arrow" season 4. Ramsey talked about his character's new helmet in a recent interview with TV Guide Magazine. According to the actor, he likes his new costume even if it had been flaked by numerous criticism.

"I know there's a lot of criticism that it looks like the Magneto helmet," Ramsey stated. "But by the time you see Diggle in action – we also get into what the helmet can do – you won't be thinking of the X-Men at all. There is a very cool gun too. The gun and the helmet, by the way, are S.T.A.R. Labs creations."

Viewers of the show are also advised to look forward to the new Team Arrow headquarters next season.

"Arrow" season 4 premieres on Wednesday, Oct. 7, on The CW.
