Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will be on a crossroad in the upcoming episode of "Arrow" season 3.

In the video teaser for episode 16 titled "The Offer," the proposal of Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) to Oliver still stands. But is he willing to cross over to the dark side and lead the League of Assassins?

"Oliver Queen is destined to be alone. Your city will turn on you, closest allies will call you a criminal. You will be scorned and hunted, and then killed; I can give you a whole world to save," Ra's says in the trailer.

Oliver's return to Starling City might prompt him to contemplate on Ra's offer after realizing that a new villain is out to destroy the place. Can he still save the city from the wrath of Murmur (Adrian Glynn McMorra) while Ra's offer is lingering in his head?

Elsewhere, Nyssa (Katrina Law) bonds with Laurel (Katie Cassidy) to talk about their daddy issues, especially after Nyssa discovers that her father offered Oliver the leadership position that is rightfully hers since birth. Can the "Heir to the Demon" accept that Ra's al Ghul plans to give the highest position in the League of Assassins to someone other than her?

Meanwhile, hearts are still breaking over the fact that Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) decided to begin a relationship with Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) in the past episode when she chose to sleep with him.

"Arrow" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg talked about Felicity's decision in an interview with TV Line. According to Kreisberg, it is always interesting to see couples on TV entertain other people in their lives after they were kept apart. He also said that Felicity is only giving herself a chance to get the love that she deserves, which Oliver cannot give her at the moment.

"Oliver has decided that [he] can't do this, and Felicity's not just going to sit around waiting for him. She's probably the most healthy of all of them. He's the one shutting himself down, emotionally, when he has this amazing person who's basically offering him hope, guidance, friendship and love and everything. He doesn't feel he deserves it and doesn't feel that's what's best for her, whether she agrees with it or not," the executive producer said

"Arrow" season 3 episode 16 airs on March 18.
