'Arrow' season 3 spoilers: More DC comic character crossovers?

The Arrow has garnered huge success to date and that includes the crossover which involved the Flash (Grant Gustin). Apparently those episodes garnered high ratings and now Stephen Amell may be looking forward to more crossovers with other DC heroes who are set to get their own TV series soon.

Aside from the Flash, there is also Constantine which Amell considers a viable crossover episode. Then there is Supergirl (to be played by Melissa Benoist) to consider.

Another TV series, Gotham, could be considered as well but given that the series setting was done on a different time could become a problem for producers. Also, Batman is not included in that series unless some sort of time travel tale twist comes into play.

With all that said, it would be premature to look forward to all of these, especially at this point. And a lot of it hinges on how the other shows are performing.

The Flash was a wise crossover move, seeing that the show was openly received and thus led to good ratings. For Constantine and Supergirl, all that remains to be seen.

Constantine has been airing for quite some time now although it doesn't seem to be in the level that the Flash and the Arrow has attained.

For Supergirl, everything remains to be seen. It is a fact that all Superman TV series have become hits but this time around, there is no telling if the DC fan base would embrace the story of Superman's cousin.

But it does seem interesting to see if the producers can find a way to bring in all three, Arrow, Flash and Supergirl in a special set of episodes. In fact not just the three of them but maybe all hero characters appearing from both shows.

That includes the Atom (Brandon Routh), Black Canary (Katie Cassidy) and Arsenal (Colton Haynes) from the Arrow and probably Firestorm (played by cousin Robbie Amell) from the Flash. Now sans Superman and Batman, that seems like a cast that could readily be the Justice League - would you not agree?
