At the San Diego Comic-Con, "Arrow" was part of the three-hour event for WBTV. And during the panel, executive producer Marc Guggenheim confirms the addition of two villains in the upcoming season.

These two villains are Ra's al Ghul and Ted "Wildcat" Grant. The actor to play Wildcat wasn't announced there. However, Deadline reports that J.R. Ramirez will be taking on the villain role. Wildcat will be a recurring character in the show.

He is a member of the Justice Society for America and a mentor to masked vigilantes like the Black Canary in the DC comics, Deadline describes. But in "Arrow," Ted Grant will be a former boxer, who owns a gym for the underprivileged youth. Deadline adds that he is "a man with a mysterious past and he will play a pivotal role in Laurel Lance's arc this season."

As for Ra's al Gul, you may recall him from the previous Batman movies "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight Rises." His character was played by Liam Neeson and now, Ra's al Gul has made his way to Darling City.

Ra's al Gul is in full costume in the new preview of "Arrow" Season 3. However, his face was not seen which should keep everyone guessing on who will play the DC villain. Ra's al Ghul is a ruthless criminal mastermind.

The WBTV three-hour event also featured the upcoming shows from the network, "The Flash," "Gotham" and "Constantine. Stephen Amell, the emcee of the night, shared: "I remember being at Comic-Con when we were the only DC property on television." "Arrow" paved the way and now, more DC TV shows are coming. The "Arrow" season 3 trailer was also shown.
