The search for Chase, aka Vigilante (Josh Segurra), takes an unexpected turn on the upcoming episode of The CW's "Arrow" season 5.

Titled "Dangerous Liaisons," the show's next episode will see Team Arrow do everything they can to track their latest enemy. According to the official synopsis, Oliver (Stephen Amell), Team Arrow, ARGUS and the rest of the Star City Police Department (SCPD) work together for one important mission: take down Chase. Helix tries to help by telling Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) that they know how to find Chase. However, they will ask her for something huge and illegal in return.

In the latest sneak peek from The CW, Felicity appears to side with the hacker group, Helix, instead of her Team Arrow friends. The whole city is trying to track down the villain who goes by the name Prometheus, but they have not made any progress yet. Felicity has been trying to convince Oliver to make a move to unveil Chase's true colors. However, the Star City mayor does not want to listen to her request. The clip shows Felicity going rogue as she makes a deal with Helix, who obviously has sinister plans. Felicity eventually trusts them to prove Oliver that she can find Chase's hideout by herself.

Ahead of "Arrow's" season 5 finale, two cast members have been promoted to series regulars for season 6. Rick Gonzalez and Juliana Harkavy are both sticking around to play Wild Dog and Black Canary 2.0 next season. It is worth noting that Gonzalez and Harkavy are not the only characters who will be given bigger roles when "Arrow" returns later this year. Katie Cassidy is set to reprise her role as Black Siren in the last two episodes of the current season. In season 6, she will continue to portray the villainous doppelgänger causing more trouble in Star City.

The fifth season of "Arrow" airs every Wednesday night at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
