In the next episode of "Arrow," Oliver Queen a.k.a. Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) tries to even the odds against the nefarious Cayden James (Michael Emerson) and his allies.

The trailer for the upcoming installment, titled "Divided," was released just recently, and it shows John Diggle (David Ramsey) advising Queen about their formidable adversary. "Cayden James has a posse and maybe we need to even the playing field," Diggle says with concern to Arrow, who folds his arms and contemplates what to do next.

However, it seems that he wants to recruit new members to his team. "You don't go into the field with people you can't rely on," he tells Diggle. It remains to be seen if Queen will be able to get more trustworthy people on Team Arrow just in time to thwart James's attacks on the city.

In the meantime, Curtis Holt a.k.a. Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), Rene Ramirez a.k.a. Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez), and Dinah Drake a.k.a. Black Canary (Juliana Harkavy) form their own group to fight crime in the city. They meet together and decide to give it a shot as they share a toast to their new venture. Meanwhile, James and his cronies are planning their next attack on the city. It remains to be seen if Arrow and Holt's splintered group will be able to join forces and defeat James.

In the last episode, it was revealed that Ramirez was the one who was going to testify against Queen. Moreover, he was going to admit to the court that Queen was the Green Arrow. Ramirez was previously removed from the team and told not to return to the headquarters. However, Holt and Drake also quit Team Arrow to protest the dismissal of Ramirez.

"Arrow" season 6 episode 10 will hit the airwaves on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.
