As a new Premier League season is set to begin, defending champions Chelsea aim to have the momentum as they take on FA Cup champions Arsenal in the FA Community Shield 2015 at Wembley Stadium this Sunday.

The Gunners are looking to capture their second consecutive Community Shield, winning it last year after topping Manchester City 3-0.

Meanwhile, the Blues are in search of only their fifth win in the history of the match, last raising the Community Shield in 2009 after beating Manchester United through penalties.

In their preseason matches, Arsenal hold a better record winning all four against Everton, Lyon, Singapore XI and Wolfsburg, while Chelsea faced struggles during their U.S. tour.

The Blues defeated Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona but they did it through penalties, failing to secure the victory in regulation time also falling to the New York Red Bulls 5-2.

Players to watch out for in the matchup will be the Gunners' new goalkeeper Petr Cech who will face his former club and Chelsea's Eden Hazard who has been playing splendid offense for the club.

The 33-year-old Cech left Chelsea after bidding farewell to the starting job and seeing his playing time dwindle last season upon the arrival of the much younger Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge.

Since Arsenal have been looking for a quality goalkeeper, the addition of Cech in the offseason is huge for the club as manager Arsene Wenger already praised the Czech's performance during the preseason.

For Chelsea, it will be Hazard who is improving each day for the club. Last season, he scored 14 goals and nine assists in 38 Premier League games, according to WhoScored.com.

The 24-year-old Belgian surely will be one of the leaders for Chelsea's offense at the FA Community Shield match Sunday.

The FA Community Shield 2015 match between Arsenal and Chelsea will be on Aug. 2 at 3 p.m. BST or 10 a.m. EST and will be shown on BT Sport 2 and HD (United Kingdom) and Fox Sports 1 (United States).

Live stream of the match will be available at  BT Sport App (United Kingdom only) and FOX Soccer 2Go (United States only).
