"Ash vs. Evil Dead" will see the return of Bruce Campbell as the titular Ash in his ongoing fight against demons and the undead decades after "Evil Dead II" and "Army of Darkness." The official titles and synopses for nine of the 10 episodes have been leaked online on Encore (via Bloody-Disgusting), revealing a few spoilers and details of the show.

[Spoiler Warning] The synopsis for the first episode reveals that Ash's war with the Deadite army in the modern-day is all caused by his own stupidity, although the exact circumstances of his actions are not detailed. The post also reveals that Ash is not going to be alone in the series as he has his allies, Pablo (Ray Santiago) and Kelly (Dana Delorenzo).

Pablo is shown as a loyal sidekick to Ash while Kelly is only brought in to fight Deadites by accident. However, according to the rest of the synopses, it appears that Kelly has deeper connections to the Necronomicon and the Evil within it. One episode also details that a tragedy is going to occur at Kelly's home.

Agent Amanda Fisher (Jill Marie Jones), a Michigan State Trooper, is also a prominent character in the series. She initially chases or investigates Ash but later becomes one of his allies.

Episode 8, "Ashes to Ashes," reveals Ash is going to attempt to destroy or hide the Necronomicon forever. This may not be a success as the next episode reveals that more Deadites attack and that something wrong happens to Ash, "transforming" him into someone or something.

Despite the finale episode not included in the leak, episode 9's title and synopsis do reveal that Ash comes across a "familiar face," which indicates that he may be fighting a demon from either "Evil Dead II" or "Army of Darkness." He also hears a voice from the Necronomicon although the message is not revealed in the synopsis.

"Ash vs. Evil Dead" premieres this Oct. 31.
