More Asus products are landing in India in the months to come. The Asus Zenfone 2, which was introduced last month, as well as the Zenfone Zoom and even the Zenwatch are all headed to the country. The news was laid down by Asus India head Peter Chang during the unveiling of the tech firm's brand new notebook EeeBook X205 in New Delhi.

Chang revealed that its new 5.5-inch Zenfone 2 smartphone will get to India in the second quarter of the year, between April and June. The offering is said to come in two variants. The first one packs an Intel Atom Z3580 and Z3560 chipset coupled with 4 GB or 2 GB of RAM. It offers 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB models as well as a hefty 3000 mAh battery. It comes with a full HD display and it's got Android Lollipop right out-of-the-box. The handset features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and has a 5-megapixel unit for selfies.

The second model of the Asus Zenfone 2 comes with a 5-inch IPS HD screen. A 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Clover Trail powers it up and 2 GB of RAM gets it by. It has 16 GB memory along with Android Lollipop on the go and a 2500 mAh battery. Camera-wise, it offers an 8-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary shooter. Whether both these variants will reach India remains to be seen. Also, there is no word about pricing yet.

The Asus Zenfone 2 may go together with the company's Zenbook Windows 8.1 notebooks, which are set to arrive within the same timeframe. Also, the Zenfone Zoom (which is basically a Zenfone 2 but with one less core, OIS-laden camera and a 128 GB variant) is set to get there by the third quarter or sometime between July and September. The Asus Zenwatch is also set to come to India but it will most likely divert from its original Q1 schedule.

Chang shared that Asus is still figuring out which of its many products to prioritize as it has to "ensure there is enough supply for existing countries."
