While tech giants and rising smartphone makers are busy showcasing their technological offerings at the CES 2015 to attract gadget enthusiasts, Marvel managed to woo movie buffs by screening scenes from the upcoming movie "Avengers: Age of Ultron" at the event.

Based on the report by Coming Soon, the footage shown at the event includes one scene wherein Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), wearing his Iron Man mechanized suit, flies toward the camera as he leaves destroyed Ultron clones in his path, and one that features a building, presumably owned by Samsung, getting destroyed.

The trailer also shows Ultron presenting little amount of threat in his nascent stage but, as the movie progresses, the villain is able to become technologically advanced, which translates to the entity being able to hold his own against every single member of the Avengers. The trailer present on IGN shows Iron Man and The Hulk squaring off against each other, only this time, Iron Man is in his Hulkbuster armor.

Additionally, Thor also ends up showing hostility toward Stark. One of the reasons why some of the Avengers have turned against him is because, as stated in the synopsis, the genius billionaire is responsible for jumpstarting "a dormant peacekeeping program" in order to foresee threats so that the Avengers can assemble to contain it before catastrophic destruction can take place. Unfortunately, Stark's plan backfires and the titular villain Ultron comes into being and develops his own thinking, which spells disaster for the entire human race.

A new trailer for "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is getting prepped to be released on Monday, so additional scenes from one of the biggest blockbusters of 2015 can be expected. The Joss Whedon film will hit theaters on May 1.
