It is quite normal for game developers to move companies to possibly work on a new game. The same goes for one Naughty Dog creative director who has just recently moved out of the company to possibly work on a new "Avengers" game.

The claim may sound a bit too far-fetched. However according to IGN, this creative director, Shaun Escayg, recently posted an Instagram photo of the "Avengers" logo with a caption that says "To new adventures--bring it 2018!" As such, many think the developer was hinting at his new project, although he has not confirmed anything.

Still, rumors say that after leaving Naughty Dog and tweeting his farewells to his coworkers, Escayg may have joined Crystal Dynamics, as they and Eidos Montreal are working on an unannounced "Avengers" title.

Since nothing has been shown about the new game yet, and speculations are that the first details about the upcoming title will be released this year, it definitely is not too late for Escayg to join the team. There is also the fact that as a developer, he has built an impressive resume while working in Naughty Dog for the past years.

Escayg has worked for Naughty Dog for about seven years. In his time there, he worked on the popular "The Last of Us" when it was only newly released and further helped in the development of "Left Behind," the game's expansion. His most recent contribution was being the creative director for "Uncharted: The Lost Legacy."

With "The Last of Us Part 2" coming out soon, it would not be surprising that he too had a major contribution to the title. As for the new "Avengers" game, more details will hopefully be out soon within 2018.
