Celebrity chef and wife of pro-basketballer Ayesha Curry revealed on Thursday that she was having a difficult time with her pregnancy as she already had five hospital stays in the first six months.

On Thursday, Ayesha Curry took to Instagram to share a photo of her growing belly as well as some news about her current condition.

"6 down 3 to go! Praising God because I can finally eat and cook a little bit again! Pray that it sticks for me y'all ! I've had 5 hospital stays since the new year and have pretty much been sucking at life (at least that's how it felt)," she wrote.

The 29-year-old chef, who looked stylish in black trousers with a matching top and boots in the photo, went on to note that her husband, Stephen Curry, wanted some credit for taking her picture.

"P.S. @stephencurry30 took this photo. Give him props y'all. He was being petty earlier about not getting his photo cred Bwahahahahaha," she noted.

The couple revealed in February that they were expecting their third baby. In a blog post that same month, Ayesha said she was suffering from hyperemesis, a form of acute morning sickness, according to People. She went on to note that the baby is healthy and other pregnant mothers, like Kate Middleton, were able to get through the condition.

At the time, the celebrity chef complained that she had difficulty eating and was not able to cook because of her illness.

Ayesha and Stephen Curry are loving parents to their daughters Riley Elizabeth, 5, and Ryan Carson 2. They have previously revealed that they still do not know the gender of their upcoming child and they want to keep it a surprise.

"My wife, she wants to know. So we're right in the middle now. I haven't found out, she hasn't found out. We're kind of figuring out how long we're going to last," Stephen Curry said during an appearance at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, according to People.

Stephen said he wanted to be surprised in the delivery room, but his wife really wants to know the baby's gender because she's a "planner."

The couple first met at a youth church group in North Carolina when they were teens. They parted ways for a while when Ayesha went to Hollywood to work as an actress and Stephen played college basketball. But the pair got reacquainted and eventually tied the knot on July 30, 2011.

While her husband is busy winning championships for the Golden State Warriors, Ayesha hosts her own food show called "Ayesha's Homemade on the Food Network."
