'Bachelor in Paradise' season 3 start date, spoilers: Chad reportedly kicked out early

ABC

"Bachelor in Paradise" season 3 premieres this Aug. 2, and though the premiere episode has yet to air, it is already well known that at least one cast member is getting kicked out early. As reported by the Hollywood Take, Chad Johnson has been added to the cast but his tenure on the show is arguably very short after getting into trouble.

According to the report, Chad had a little too much to drink and started causing trouble with his castmates. He was already notorious for what he did and said while on "The Bachelorette" and his return to "Bachelor in Paradise" means he will be sharing screen time with Nick Viall and his nemesis Evan.

The report states that the reason Chad got kicked out is not because of any past rivalries with Evan or Nick but because of things he told fellow castmate Lace Morris. According to the report, he went on to call her derogative names and this forced Chris Harrison to intervene and kick him out of the show.

Hollywood Life reveals that despite being kicked out of the show early, Chad is still enjoying himself as he recently began dating Hope Higginbotham, ex-girlfriend of Robby Hayes, who also tried going out with JoJo Fletcher on "The Bachelorette."

"While traveling this weekend, our paths crossed and I finally had the opportunity to meet Hope Higginbotham in person," he stated while posting their photos on Instagram. "Let me just say, she is even more beautiful in person."

Hollywood Life points out that there is a contract stating contestants are not allowed to post updates regarding their love life until after the episode showcasing their elimination has aired. However, it seems that Chad does not care about the contract's restrictions as he has been putting out photos of him and Hope together.

"Bachelor in Paradise" airs this Aug. 2.
