This week on "The Bachelorette," Kaitlyn went on a one-on-one date with Nick, the guys went to a traditional Irish wake for the group date, and Kaitlyn and Jared shared a romantic private concert by the hit Irish rock band The Cranberries.

The episode picked up with Ian telling Kaitlyn what he thought of her, calling her shallow and accusing her of coming on TV to kiss a lot of men. A very offended Kaitlyn managed to keep her temper in check.

"My blood is boiling right now," she told Ian. "You haven't seen my deeper side."

She agreed that he should go home.

For his part, Ian thought that he should be the next Bachelor, saying in a voiceover as he headed to a waiting limo, "I went to Princeton, Deerfield, and that's what I have to offer."

Later at the rose ceremony, Kaitlyn handed out roses to Jared, Chris, JJ, Joe, Ben Z., Tanner, Nick, and Shawn. Josh was sent home. After he left, the group learned they would be heading to Dublin, Ireland.

In Dublin, Kaitlyn and Nick went on a one-on-one date at a park, and she revealed that she has a fear of birds. After trying to do some Riverdance, Nick bought them matching Claddagh rings, which the saleslady compared to wedding rings. Kaitlyn offered Nick a rose and they went back to her hotel.

The next morning, Kaitlyn appeared to be having second thoughts. Upon reflection, she told the camera that she was not feeling guilty about spending the night with Nick, it's just that she felt guilty that she cared more about "other relationships that I have."

For the group date, Chris Harrison had Tanner, Shawn, Ben Z., Ben H., and Jared dress up in dark suits and told them that they would be celebrating Kaitlyn's life with a traditional Irish wake. The date involved Kaitlyn lying down in a casket. It would have been a somber kind of date, but Kaitlyn was laughing the whole time.

The guys played along, but Ben Z. was definitely touched by this because his mother died, so he had everyone leave the room so he could speak to Kaitlyn — who was pretending to be dead — in private. After the wake, they went to a Guinness storehouse and Kaitlyn pulled Ben Z. aside to apologize if he felt uncomfortable.

As a way to reconnect, Shawn showed Kaitlyn some family pictures.

Later, Jared got the group date rose. Kaitlyn and Jared went on a date in a beautiful church, and her favorite band, The Cranberries, was there to play for them. The two danced to the band's music, and Jared also sang to her.

"It was just a really beautiful moment," said Kaitlyn.

Next week, Kaitlyn and her suitors will remain in Ireland for another group date, and three men will be eliminated.

"The Bachelorette" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
