Backstreet's back! Only this time, the popular '90s boy band is releasing a new documentary that follows their rise and fall in the music industry. 

The trailer for the new documentary, titled "Backstreet Boys: Show 'Em What You're Made Of," was released Wednesday, and it shows the struggles that each member of the group faced over the years. 

Brian Littrell opens the teaser, saying, "From 1999 to about 2002, we were the biggest band in the world. Nobody thought it was going to be as big as it was." 

Footages of their former glory are shown, including their past concerts filled with thousands of fans in every place that they have been to. 

"Then it just stopped," Littrell added. 

As images of the boys' conceptualization meetings and other planning stages are shown, Littrell's voice is once again heard, saying, "What do you do when you're a full-blown man in a boy band?" 

Backstreet Boys, consisting of Littrell, Howie Dorough, A.J. McLean, Kevin Richardson, and Nick Carter, was formed in 1993 but the band reached international stardom after they released their debut album titled "Backstreet Boys" back in 1996. It was followed by other widely successful albums including "Backstreet's Back" in 1997, the "Millenium" album in 1999, as well as the 2000 release titled "Black & Blue." 

The boys took a break for a while, and returned to the music scene with their 2005 release called "Never Gone." Richardson decided to leave the group after touring for this album. The remaining members of BSB decided to go on and release two other albums, including "Unbreakable" in 2007 and "This is Us" in 2009.

But the band was not as successful as they were before, and each member had to face their own struggles individually during the time of their fall. 

McLean was known for battling his drug addictions since the early 2000s, and had been admitted to rehab numerous times over the years. He is now sober and married to Rochelle Karadis with whom he has a two-year-old daughter named Ava Jaymes. 

Littrell, on the other hand, is also married and has a son named Baylee Thomas with his longtime wife Leighanne Wallace, who he met when the group was shooting the video for their song "As Long as You Love Me." 

Dorough, also known as Howie D., is also married and has two sons with Leigh Boniello. He also established the Dorough Lupus Foundation after his sister Caroline died in 1998. 

When Richardson left the group, he went on to pursue modeling and acting. Some of his more popular acting works include the Broadway production of "Chicago" in 2003 as well as a short film titled "Unwound" back in 2011. 

Meanwhile, Carter remained in the spotlight due to his drug and alcohol controversies, as well as his highly publicized relationship with Paris Hilton. His life suddenly changed when he was diagnosed with a heart condition, and started a healthier lifestyle with the help of Richardson. He got married this year to Lauren Kitt. 

The new BSB documentary will also give light to the boys' relationship with the founder Lou Pearlman, who allegedly stole millions of dollars from the group during their heyday. 

The "Backstreet Boys: Show 'Em What You're Made Of" documentary film will be released on Jan. 30, 2015.
