The Baltimore Ravens have changed their offensive coordinator four times in the past four years this time having Marc Trestman but quarterback Joe Flacco has no problems working with him this offseason.

Trestman was the former head coach of the Chicago Bears and joined the Ravens last January after former offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak left to take the head coaching job for the Denver Broncos.

"I am very confident in what we do. The goal is when you're a coordinator, especially with the guys we've had, is to be head coaches again," Flacco said according to ESPN.

"So, you have to, as a quarterback, be ready for anything. That's the mindset I take," he added.

The 30-year-old also discussed how easy having a new offense is saying, "Learning a new offense, I always say, is really not that big of a deal, especially this year. It's a little new terminology and couple of new concepts and things like that."

"The rookies are coming in here and it's probably tougher for them to learn this offense than it is for a guy who's been in the league for eight years," Flacco also said.

In ESPN's report, Trestman complimented Flacco's ability to work under different guys and still excel.

"I think it's a statement to him how flexible he is. He just has the ability to work with different guys and positive things happen. That's a good sign and I just enjoy working with him," the 59-year-old said.

Trestman added, "He's been extremely flexible and open-minded. We are working together. We're doing this together to try to not only be consistent with the play that he's had, but to try to get better. He wants to get better and that's exciting."

The Ravens finished at 10-6 last season with Flacco throwing for 3,986 yards a career-best with 27 touchdown passes.

They won the Wild Card playoffs against the Pittsburgh Steelers 30-17 but were eliminated by eventual Super Bowl winners the New England Patriots in the next round.
