Brandi Maxiell has the right to take offense over Draya Michele's statement about her cancer storyline back in "Basketball Wives: LA" season 4, but it seems that Michele believes she's the one who deserves an apology.

ET Online reported that Michele was caught on tape saying that Maxiell's story about having survived cancer is "boring."

However, in her defense, Michele told the news outlet that it wasn't her intention to imply that the health condition is boring. "

"I just mean you're pretty boring as a person, and everyone pretty much agreed!" the 30-year-old reality star told ET.

Fans said goodbye to "Basketball Wives: LA' season 4 last month and Michele also exited the show, but still she believes that Maxiell owes her a real apology for making her appear as the bad guy.

Michele mentioned that she was being taped using a phone camera and she wouldn't have said things like that when on air. She then revealed that she felt Maxiell should make an apology. "She tried to make me look a certain way and no one bought it," Michele added.

Michele's relationship with fellow cast member Maxiell was not the only one affected by her offensive comments. She also had a rift with cast member Malaysia Pargo, Enstarz gathered.

With season 4 over and Michele out of the show, she doesn't seem to be affected by the fallout. Michele reportedly said that she considers the girls her true friends, but the rift is a result of them "doing their own thing" and her doing hers as well. She added that since the show is over, she doesn't think much about what happened.

Meanwhile, "Basketball Wives: LA" has continued to score good ratings, which is why the series, featuring ladies who have been romantically linked to National Basketball Association (NBA) stars, has been picked up for another season. However, a premiere date has yet to be announced.
