VH1's reality series "Basketball Wives LA" season 4 will premiere on July 12, and according to star Jackie Christie, it is going to be the show's "biggest" season.

The wife of retired Los Angeles player Doug Christie had some interesting things to say about the upcoming season, and she dished them out in an interview during "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: Afterparty Live!" Though she could not give away details, the star said the show would be "amazing," according to Wetpaint.

"It's definitely turned up this season. I think this is our biggest. You're going to see some fascinating things, some different things revealed. You'll see me in a different light, but definitely you're going to get that same Jackie Christie that just don't take no bulls—t from nobody, you know what I'm saying. This season is fire," she revealed.

Jackie also shared how "great" the season would be, with Shaunie O'Neil and Tami Roman joining the cast in addition to three newcomers. When asked by "Afterparty" host Big Trigger about Shaq's former wife's comment that the L.A. cast was "wack," Jackie said she was probably not talking about her.

"I can say that Shaunie, I adore her — not because she's one of the executive producers — but for the woman that she is, and I know she couldn't have been talking about me. I am the cast. She was probably talking about some of the other women."

Meanwhile, Tami Roman shared how hurt she was when critics slammed her for being pregnant with boyfriend Reggie's child at 45 years, Urban Belle reports.

The negative comments came pouring in when the star posted a photo of her bump on Instagram, which she immediately deleted. She later expressed how nasty the bashers were, considering a child was involved.

"I've read the comments and this is why I don't know why I announced and why I don't like taking pictures. The negativity is overwhelming. Last week I was showing too, my clothes make a difference. I wanted to share, but I see that's not possible. Just praying for a healthy baby and a stress-free pregnancy."

She thanked the well-wishers but also expressed a need for a little privacy. "Thanks to the people with positive energy! I'm dealing with A LOT emotionally/physically, and the minute I decide not to hide and expose myself, I'm met with negativity, scandal rumors and bad vibes. I wanted you to take this journey with me, but I see it's best to keep to myself. Reggie and I thank those who wish us well."

"Basketball Wives LA" Season 4 premieres at 9 p.m. Sunday on VH1.
