There are new items for players to try out inside the personal computer (PC) version of "Batman: Arkham Knight."

The new items come courtesy of the recently released "Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6" downloadable content (DLC).

"Batman: Arkham Knight's" latest content drop is adding three maps each to the game's combat and predator modes. It's also worth noting that the maps featured in the "Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6" DLC were taken from earlier games in the franchise.

For combat mode, players can now try out Crime Alley, although this particular map is actually native to "Batman: Arkham Knight."

After that first one is a pair of maps that were originally featured in "Batman: Arkham City." The two other combat mode maps are the Iceberg Lounge and the Monarch Theatre.

Moving on to "Batman: Arkham Knight's" predator mode, the first new map players can try out is the Sanatorium, Medical Facility that was previously featured in "Batman: Arkham Asylum."

Predator mode will also be receiving a pair of new maps that were first seen in "Batman: Arkham City," and these additional locales are the Batcave and Wayne Manor Main Hall.

In choosing the maps that were eventually included in the "Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6" DLC, the game's developer, Rocksteady Studios, factored in the feedback they received from "Batman: Arkham Knight's" community of players, GameSpot reported.

Prior to the arrival of the latest DLC for the game, Rocksteady also issued a patch for "Batman: Arkham Knight's" PC port, VG 247 reported.

The patch's main mission was to provide support for the new DLC, although it also did provide various bug fixes.

The console versions of "Batman: Arkham Knight" are currently expected to receive the new DLC next week.

According to "Batman: Arkham Knight's" publisher, Warner Bros., the new DLC is expected to be launched for the console versions of the game on Jan. 26.
