The role-playing final chapter of the "Batman: Arkham" series got a new DLC, at least for the PC version. Meanwhile, the other editions of "Batman: Arkham Knight" are set to get the new expansion next week.

According to a tweet from the official Rocksteady Studios account, the new expansion content that has gone live for the PC version is the "Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6," the rebranded "Community Challenge Pack" from previous DLC. GameSpot listed the new items that players will get from the new expansion, which include at least three challenges each for the Predator and Combat mission options. These new challenges are located in areas highlighted in previous "Batman: Arkham" titles.

The new challenges for the Predator pack include the Wayne Manor Main Hall and the Batcave seen in "Batman: Arkham City," and the Sanatorium and Medical Facility areas showcased in "Batman: Arkham Asylum." Meanwhile, the three new challenges added to Combat mode include the Iceberg Lounge and Monarch Theater in "Batman: Arkham City" and Crime Alley in the base game of "Batman: Arkham Knight."

Meanwhile, together with the new DLC, a new patch has also rolled out for "Batman: Arkham Knight." Writing on publisher Warner Bros. Interactive's community page, community manager Coda stated that players of the console versions of the title can already expect the new DLC shortly after the patch updates on their systems.

Coda said, "As usual, you can expect a little patch to download shortly before the DLC becomes available – so if you see that update coming in, you'll know what it's for."

After the new expansion pack goes live for the PC version, the console editions of "Batman: Arkham Knight" will get the new "Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #6" on Jan. 26.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" is the final chapter in the series that started with "Batman: Arkham Asylum" in 2009.
