Fans of the DC cinematic universe are waiting for only one thing at the moment — a trailer for the hotly-anticipated superhero film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." The heavily-hyped film will be released next year, but Warner Bros has not given the slightest clue about its plans of providing fans with a sneak peek. But that might change soon. How soon? Rumors say next month. 

The studio will be having a panel at the forthcoming WonderCon Anaheim. However, the details about its participation in the convention, not to mention the possible visit of the production team there, has yet to be corroborated. Even ardent tipster Umberto Gonzalez is apparently shocked that the ever-demanded trailer might actually make it that early, or at least earlier than expected. 

WonderCon will take place from April 3 to 5, and Warner Bros. has scheduled an appearance on the second day of the affair. Unfortunately, there is no further information provided other than that. But if the rumors claiming that director Zack Snyder and the team will get the ball rolling there, fans are not too far from getting a first look at the impending duel between the Caped Crusader and the Man of Steel.

If WonderCon will not be the place to stage the much-awaited teaser, many media outlets put money on the forthcoming Comic Con in San Diego. The event hosted by Comic Con International (the same organization spearheading the WonderCon) is set on July 9 to 12. 

According to speculations, Warner Bros. is saving the first-ever trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" for the event. After all, it was where Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot first got together as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, respectively. 

Whatever Warner Bros.' panel will be about, fans can only hope it will be the first step to Batman and Superman's warpath.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will fly into theaters in March 25, 2016.
