"Battlefield 4" will be getting the Night Operations downloadable content (DLC) this September.

Among the most notable additions that players can look forward to from Night Operations will be the new map known as Zavod: Graveyard Shift map, according to iDigital Times.

The new map is not actually entirely original, as it is based on one that is already available inside "Battlefield 4." It is simply the Zavod 311 map that players likely already know, but this time, all the firefights will be taking place during a night time setting.

The new map is not just being added for show as it will be able to play host to all standard game modes offered within "Battlefield 4." This means that players can have fun trying out Conquest, Domination, Obliteration, Rush, Team Death Match, and also Gun Master; but there is also a bonus game mode featured for the map, according to PC Gamer. With Night Operations, players can also try out a new and darker layout for Gun Master when they play in the Zavod: Graveyard Shift map, adding a twist to how everyone in the field should proceed with regards to the match.

As is the case with typical updates and DLC, there will also be several game tweaks coming to "Battlefield 4" courtesy of the Night Operations addition.

A new trailer has also been released ahead of Night Operations being officially launched, according to PlayStation Lifestyle.

The trailer provides players with a sneak peek at the contents of the new DLC, although it appears to be highly unlikely that the new map itself will play just like the one showcased in the brief video.

Both EA Games and EA Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment (DICE), the game's developers, have yet to actually attach an official release date to Night Operations. Despite the lack of an official release date, the Night Operations DLC for "Battlefield 4" is expected to be out sometime in September.
