Electronic Arts finally unveiled the details for the upcoming open beta of "Battlefield Hardline" before it is released. The official website of "Battlefield" revealed the system requirements for those who want to join the beta phase of the first-person shooter game developed by Visceral Games and EA Digital Illusions CE (DICE).

According to the website, the beta phase will be held starting Feb. 3 up to Feb. 8 in North America, Europe, as well as all the major territories that will distribute the game. 

The beta will come with three separate modes that players can try, including: 

• Conquest – a conventional team-based deathmatch mode that can accommodate at least 64 players in the game simultaneously. 
• Hotwire – this is a high-speed car base multiplayer mode that features lawless characters who will try to rob marked cars while the police chase them to reclaim the stolen vehicles. 
• Heist – this mode deals with bank robbery wherein one team will try to get inside a bank vault to rob the cash then try to outwit the cops who are out to arrest them. 

The fourth mode called Hacker is also included in the beta phase. This is interconnected with all the other phases where a single player from each team has to be available so that they can easily hack into the different battlefield zones. The duty of that player includes taking care of the security cameras, looking for the enemies from the opposing team, and reporting information back to the rest of the team. 

Those who want to join the beta testing do not have to register anywhere since EA made it an open beta event. It can be downloaded in multiple platforms including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. Next-gen console owners need to reserve at least 10 to 11 GB space while last-gen console owners only need to have 4 GB memory left to be able to download "Battlefield Hardline."
