Ben Affleck's "Batman" is one that definitely people would be missing when the time comes for him to remove the suit forever. Sadly, it looks like that time is coming, and circulating rumors have been saying that his appearance in the "Suicide Squad 2" as the caped crusader may just be his last.

The rumor was first brought up by Batman-On-Film. The writer of the article mentions that a source revealed to him new information about two things regarding Batman. The first news is that of Affleck's retirement as Batman. According to the source, Affleck will be given his last time being Batman, and thus Bruce Wayne, in either "Suicide Squad 2" or maybe even "Flashpoint."

At this point, there has been no confirmation or official news that "Flashpoint" will actually push through, but if it does, then Affleck's last act would be in that movie instead. That said, it is more likely that Affleck's last movie will be "Suicide Squad 2" since it will actually begin filming within the year.

As mentioned, the source also says that Affleck might actually have a role in "Flashpoint." However, given the uncertainty surrounding the development and production of the film, many fans are worried that Affleck will not last that long as Batman.

Elsewhere, another rumor revolves around Matt Reeves' own "Batman." Apparently, he will have his own film that follows a story that is not canon. Further, the new "Batman" movie starring Reeves will be under a new banner from Warner Bros. This new banner will apparently have several other DC Films that are also not canon.

As for now, all of these are still unconfirmed rumors. Both "Suicide Squad 2" and "Flashpoint," if ever, will take a few more years in development. As such, fans might not get any official news about any of this anytime soon.
